Little Mher

A calm ceramic head rises from a rough boulder.

Little Mher is the last hero of the Armenian epic Daredevils of Sassoun. In the legend he withdraws into a rock and will come out only when the world becomes just. Here the figure is still half inside the stone.

The head was modelled in clay in the studio and then fired.
